I worked for a couple months after Ophelia was born (I had health insurance through my work and didn't want to screw them over by leaving the second I had my kid on their insurance money) and it was sooo difficult! Being a wife and mum is a time and a half job already. Plus working outside the home brings up a whole new set of temptations for women (via the Genesis curse). Add in splitting your time between the home and workplace...wowsers! I am always amazed to see women who bless (and honor) their husbands through outside the home work and are able to still remain sane.
