Dear john…I made chicken spaghetti…
So I thought it’d be really fun – with all this remodeling going on – to get Dear John on cd. I have already read the book a while back but Uriah hasn’t and wouldn’t. lol If he reads it’s usually a lot more important than Nicholas Sparks books. Anyways, so I got the book on cd so we could listen to it while we paint or something. We have listened to the Cable Guy, Jeff Foxworthy, Bill and Tater Salad enough …I’m starting to talk like a hick. Anyways, when we’re done with the cds then we can go see the movie! Yes I know it’s a dumb chick flick but they’re fun occasionally!! I was really pumped to see the box of cds at my door today.
For people who want the EASIEST and best recipe for Chicken Spaghetti – I made my mom’s recipe and it really is the best!
1 box of Angel Hair pasta
1 large thing of Velveeta cheese.
2 cans of mild rotel tomatoes
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Boil the chicken until done, in the same water cook the noodles – add the cheese and rotel – sometimes I add a little milk later to reheat it – easy, done and SO good. My family loves it!
Thankfulness…
Uriah is pretty amazing! Today I’m especially thankful for him – he takes on projects like no one else I know. He doesn’t know how to do half the things he’s had to do to our house – but he learned fast and did them like a pro – he’s always happy to work hard for anyone. Even if it means helping someone who really doesn’t deserve it. He serves me daily, even though I don’t deserve it. He serves his kids constantly. He is a good friend, he is so patient with people’s stupidity. lol I know from experience. He is quick to defend the people he loves. Not many people really understand the man he is – I do, and I am proud he is my husband!
