WOW …I made these for the cookie swap today …terrific recipe!

1 cup salted butter

3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1tbs Vanilla

1/2 cup Cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

2 Cups white chocolate chips

1 cup Heath Bar

350 for 9 minutes
